I understand that paddleboarding, kayaking, and watersports involve inherent risks, including serious injury, drowning, or death.

I certify that I am physically capable of participating in these activities.

I agree to follow all verbal and written safety instructions provided by SoFlo Watersports LLC.

I agree to wear a U.S. Coast Guard-approved personal flotation device (PFD) whenever required.

I understand that weather and water conditions can change rapidly.

I understand that alcohol or drug use before or during my rental is strictly prohibited.

I agree to return all rental equipment in the same condition in which it was received, excluding normal wear.

I understand that I am financially responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged equipment beyond normal wear and tear.

I have had the opportunity to ask questions and understand the risks involved.
