5. Weather Policy

Safety is our highest priority.

If weather conditions are determined to be unsafe—including lightning, severe storms, high winds, rough surf, or other hazardous conditions—SoFlo Watersports reserves the right to postpone, reschedule, or cancel rentals.

Whenever possible, guests may receive a rain check or reschedule option.

6. Safety Requirements

Customers agree to:

• Follow all verbal and written safety instructions.

• Wear required safety equipment when provided.

• Operate equipment responsibly.

• Remain within designated operating areas.

• Immediately report any equipment issues.

Failure to comply may result in termination of the rental without refund.

7. Assumption of Risk

Participation in watersports activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:

• Drowning

• Slips and falls

• Collisions

• Changing weather conditions

• Wildlife encounters

• Equipment malfunction

• Physical injury

• Property damage

By participating, you voluntarily assume all known and unknown risks associated with these activities.

Separate liability waivers may be required before participating.

8. Equipment Responsibility

Customers are responsible for rental equipment during the rental period.

Additional charges may apply for:

• Lost equipment

• Theft

• Excessive damage

• Late returns

• Cleaning beyond normal use

Normal wear and tear is excluded.

9. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Operate equipment while impaired by drugs or alcohol.

• Use equipment recklessly.

• Allow unauthorized individuals to use rented equipment.

• Harass employees or other guests.

Violation of these Terms may result in immediate termination of services without refund.
